SRA's CIM Coaching Program

Want to run the best CIM possible this December? Looking for a marathon PR? Feel like you need some face-to-face advice to get that more challenging Boston Qualifying time? Are you an experienced marathoner but want to try something a little more structured or different than your current training program?

The SRA is once again offering a CIM-specific, highly individualized coaching program by SRA Head Coach Mary Coordt.  It targets serious runners with a specific marathon goal, but applicants need not be fast or top age division contenders. All levels are welcome.

Last year's participants achieved personal best and Boston Marathon qualifying times, and they were unanimous in their praise of Mary's abilities to inspire and offer coaching customized to their individual needs.

The number of runners accepted will be limited to ensure that you will receive a high level of coaching and individual attention.
